What is it?
My PCS Expert is designed to simplify Practising Certificate Scheme (PCS) compliance for Queensland mining statutory professionals and companies. Developed by Zen Meerkat, experts in RS22 compliance, management systems and statutory roles, it addresses the complex requirements for maintaining statutory tickets in compliance with the Practising Certificate Scheme (PCS).
For Mining Operators the PCS challenge is particularly difficult: How can you ensure that each statutory ticket holder is current TODAY, and check their progress towards compliance BEFORE it is too late?
How does it work?
Each time a certificate holders logs into the Board of Examiner’s PCS website, My PCS Expert will sync the data from the website. without any extra effort from the certificate holder.
You only need to install a Browser extenstion (works on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge only). If you know what you’re doing you can find it here:
Then, simply get a PCS ticket holder to log into the normal BoE PCS website
Accept the plugin Privacy prompt.
That’s all we need – we will send that certificte holder their own report.
What will I get?
As a PCS ticket holder, you will automatically receive a custom ‘Participant Status Report’, with a complete summary of their individual progress for the current year as well as their overall 5 year journey – including upcoming activities that fit within the various constraints applied by the PCS scheme in order to help you plan and manage your compliance.
As a Mine Operator, you will receive a summary report at regular intervals for each of your operations. If you operate multiple mines, you can receive a consolidated report for all of your business. You can drill down to detail at a site or individual level depending on your requirements.
